Foods Teaching Lab (WAL 403)

Wallace 403 is a newly renovated foods teaching lab space on the fourth floor of Wallace Hall. It is owned and managed by the Department of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise (HNFE) in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). WAL 403 has six student kitchens and one instructor kitchen. Each kitchen has equipment for cooking and cleaning supplies. All groups are responsible for bringing their own ingredients. The maximum capacity for any food prep related activities in WAL 403 is 27 people.
